Advanced Chiropractic & Spinal Rehab
A practice built around getting you back to your life.
Two doctors, a team that knows your name when you walk in, and one building on the corner of Catclaw and Rebecca where all of it happens.
Who you’ll see
Doctors for the adjustment. A team for everything around it.
Advanced Chiropractic & Spinal Rehab serves Abilene and the surrounding communities — Sweetwater, Buffalo Gap, Hawley, Anson, Tuscola, Baird and Albany. Two chiropractors practice here. They do the consultations and the adjustments, and they are who you ask about your care. A team of assistants works alongside them on the therapy side — stretching, electrical stimulation, decompression and cold laser — and handles the scheduling, the insurance paperwork and the VA referrals.
We accept patients when we believe we have identified the underlying problem and have a reasonable path to help. We continue when care is helping — not because a schedule says so.
Your chiropractors
Dr. Morgan and Dr. Chowning.
Either doctor may see you, and both work from the same approach: listen first, examine properly, explain what we find in plain language, and agree a plan you understand.

The rest of the team
The people you will meet.
The front desk, the treatment rooms, the phone calls about your referral — most of a visit here involves these four.
The name
The “Spinal Rehab” in our name.
It is not a separate treatment you book. It is the whole approach: the adjustment itself, and — when your case calls for them — the decompression table, electrical stimulation, and movement and exercise work.
Every plan is individual. Which parts you get depends on what your examination shows, and it changes as you improve.
